The best for your insulation. UN!CO is Politop’s external thermal insulation panel that combines high technical performance, durability, and attention to detail. From its special manufacturing process to the protective packaging, every aspect has been designed to ensure efficiency, protection, and sustainability on site.

EASY INSTALLATION
The molding process ensures stable and precise panels with a high-density surface layer that protects the edges and makes installation easier, faster, and more accurate for installers.
HIGH IMPACT RESISTANCE
The outer EPS 350 layer provides up to 80% higher impact resistance compared to standard external insulation panels.
EXCELLENT THERMAL INSULATION
UN!CO is made with improved lambda EPS, ensuring high insulation performance with a certified value of 0.030 W/mK.
STRESS-RELIEVED PANELS
UN!CO features special stress-relief cuts on both sides — 15 mm deep grooves that ensure the right flexibility of the panel, resulting in crack-free façades.
LOW HYGROSCOPICITY
UN!CO is a molded EPS insulation panel made in a single block, with closed-cell beads that ensure compactness, moisture resistance, and long-lasting performance.
HIGH REFLECTANCE
The bright, reflective surface of UN!CO protects the material from solar degradation, eliminating the need for scaffold shading during installation or prolonged exposure to sunlight.
FULL PACKAGING PROTECTION
UN!CO is fully protected on all sides with packaging that provides complete shielding from UV rays. The bag can be reused to collect and recycle installation waste.
NON-TOXIC AND RECYCLABLE
UN!CO is made from non-toxic, completely inert materials. Installation is safe and does not require personal protective equipment (PPE). It is 100% recyclable (PS06) and can be delivered to standard local recycling centers as any other recyclable material.
CAM AND UNI COMPLIANT
More than 15% of the raw materials used in the production of UN!CO come from recycled sources, in compliance with CAM (Minimum Environmental Criteria) regulations. UN!CO is CE-marked and fully compliant with UNI EN 13163 standards.

TERMALPOR C
The improved and certified lambda insulation panel. Termalpor C is a moulded panel made of sintered expanded polystyrene (EPS), with improved lambda for superior thermal insulation.
EXCELLENT THERMAL INSULATION
Termalpor C is made with improved lambda EPS. The panel has high insulating capacity, certified at 0.030 W/mK.
DETENSIONED PANEL
Termalpor C features special stress relief cuts on both sides. These 15 mm deep slits ensure the panel has the right flexibility for a crack-free façade.
INTEGRAL PACKAGING
Termalpor C is fully protected: the packaging covers the panels on all six sides of the package, with no parts exposed, ensuring total protection from sunlight.
COMPLIES WITH CAM AND UNI STANDARDS
More than 15% of the raw materials used in the production of Termalpor C come from recycling, as required by CAM regulations. Termalpor C is CE marked in accordance with UNI EN 13163 regulations.

Highly reflective white EPS panel. Termalpor C is a moulded panel made of sintered expanded polystyrene (EPS).

Special 15 mm deep stress relief cuts ensure the panel has the right flexibility to prevent future cracks in the cladding.
INTEGRAL PACKAGING
Termaltop C is fully protected: the packaging covers the panels on all six sides, ensuring total protection from sunlight.
NON-TOXIC AND RECYCLABLE
Termaltop C is made from non-toxic, inert materials: installation is safer and does not require PPE. It is 100% recyclable (PS06) and can be disposed of at normal collection centres.
HIGH REFLECTANCE
The Termaltop C panel, made of highly reflective light polystyrene, resists radiation during installation, preventing deterioration and eliminating the need to shield scaffolding.

Startop
The panel with reinforced front designed for skirting boards. Startop, with high thermal resistance and EPS 350 front reinforcement, is ideal for skirting boards in insulating cladding, practical to apply and durable.

The EPS with improved lambda increases the panel’s insulating capacity. Certified lambda of 0.030 W/mK.

In Startop, the outer layer in EPS 350 provides up to 80% more impact resistance than normal cladding panels.

Moulding ensures precise and stable panels; the high-density surface layer prevents edge rounding and facilitates faster and more accurate installation.

WINDSTAFF
Brackets for mounting hinges.
Windstaff brackets, made of polyamide 6 and nylon-fibreglass, allow the mounting of external elements on EPS cladding (shutters, railings, guides), ensuring excellent screw fastening and no thermal bridges.
Invisible under plaster, they are available in 8 thicknesses (60-200 mm).
Spacer
Spacer for Windstaff.
10 mm spacer for the WINDSTAFF bracket, designed to achieve odd measurements and/or compensate for wall irregularities, improving precision and consistency during installation.

SILLTOP
Technical marble floors and skirting boards. Silltop accessories are customisable and durable, enhancing the aesthetics of the cladding and, thanks to the integrated EPS, eliminating thermal bridges at entrances and windows.
DURABLE AND DOES NOT ABSORB LIQUIDS
Quartz engineered marble is an agglomerate that remains unchanged over time and also has the characteristic of not absorbing liquids.
EPS INSULATION
The EPS panel, integrated into the floor, provides perfect prevention of thermal bridges.
CUSTOMISED FOR QUICK INSTALLATION
Silltop accessories are supplied made to measure, according to the specific requirements of the building site. Politop, with its own technicians, takes care of carrying out the measurements and supplying you with the finished sills and skirting boards, ready for installation.
Also for skirting boards
Silltop can also be used to create skirting boards to protect the lower part of the cladding from the combined effects of moisture, vehicle traffic and physical stress. Silltop skirting boards are available in various thicknesses and heights.
Ideal for renovations
Silltop sills are ideal for renovations as they can be easily installed on existing sills without having to remove them.

Silltop is available in various thicknesses, with a glossy or matt finish and in three different colours.

DECORWIND
Decorwind ventilation grilles are useful elements for screening air diffusion duct vents; they enhance the aesthetics of the building, harmonising with any other decorative elements.
DECORWIND grilles are suitable for covering ventilation ducts with a diameter of 100–150 cm² (ref. UNI-CIG 7129 standard).
