The mould is created from the design development, suitable for components up to 520,000 cm³ (130x80x50 cm), ensuring precision, reliability and compliance with production specifications.

Criticality testing and analysis
The prototype is tested with functional tests to detect critical issues and verify its performance, allowing for any modifications to the design to increase its reliability.

Prototype generation
A technical and aesthetic prototype is created from the design, faithful to the final component and ready for industrial production.

Final production
Once the mould has been finalised and tested, production takes place using automated presses and dedicated furnaces, ensuring the quality, uniformity and reliability of the finished product.
