FLOORTOP R
Rigid insulation panel for easy installation. Embossed insulation panel coupled with thermoformed PS, designed to support and secure pipes in underfloor heating and cooling systems.
HIGH STRENGTH
The 0.6 mm thermoformed PS film gives the panel rigidity and allows foot traffic during installation without deformation or damage.
WIDE RANGE OF THICKNESSES
Floortop R is available in two densities (150 and 200) and five thicknesses (10, 20, 30, 40, and 50 mm), offering flexibility for different installation needs.
EASY INSTALLATION
The thermoformed knobs on the rigid panel allow for easy and precise fixing of radiant pipes (16/17 mm) with a 50 mm spacing, ensuring secure anchoring during installation.
INTERLOCKING EDGES ON TWO SIDES
Floortop R panels feature tongue-and-groove joints on two sides, enabling a quick interlocking installation and providing additional protection against thermal bridging and heat loss.
UNI STANDARD COMPLIANT
Floortop R is CE-marked and compliant with UNI EN 13163 standards.

The upper aluminium film features screen printing with practical guide marks, designed to ensure precise and easy positioning of the radiant piping.

XPS Panel

High insulation
Good thermal insulation of floors is essential for ensuring comfort in the home, keeping the surface temperature close to that of the air. It also prevents condensation from forming and ensures energy savings, whilst complying with the heat loss limits set out in Italian legislation (Legislative Decree 192/311).

PERIMETER STRIP
Perimeter strip in expanded polyethylene, 8 mm thick, 150 mm high, adhesive-backed.
RESISTANCE AND INSULATION
Resistant to mould, chemicals and alkalis. Guarantees expansion, thermal and acoustic insulation for radiant systems, preventing mortar infiltration on walls and columns.
