OBJECTIVES AND EXPECTED RESULTS: The training plan presented by Politop is one of the stages in a broad-based process that has seen the company engaged for some time in organisational, managerial and technological transformation with a view to pursuing, in line with the principles that have always distinguished it from its competitors, a full digital transition and the adoption of green and sustainable business principles. To this end, it has already begun investing in technology and partially revising its internal processes. This project aims to raise the professional level of its employees by providing skills training that will, on the one hand, help Politop pursue its strategic and innovative objectives and, on the other, as stated in the company’s ethical principles, contribute to aligning its professional skills with the needs of a world of work increasingly focused on digital and green issues. The project, due to its characteristics, falls within the type of actions consistent with S3 trajectory no. 17 “Development and production of innovative materials”, pursuing the general objective of “creating competitive ecosystems capable of sustaining and fuelling the growth of the territory” (SSI Reg. Veneto) by investing in innovation processes towards business sustainability (SRSvS Objective 2).
